14. Waiting Time
Waiting-time policies may vary by:

Any complimentary waiting period or included waiting time will be determined by the applicable reservation terms.
The Lux Rides provides up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time for airport pickup. After the 60-minute complimentary waiting period, additional waiting-time charges may apply.
For Home, Hotels and any for any private booking The Lux Rides provides up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Additional waiting time may result in additional charges.
The chauffeur is not required to wait indefinitely.
15. No-Show
A passenger may be considered a “No-Show” when the passenger does not appear at the designated pickup location within the applicable waiting period and reasonable efforts to contact the passenger have been unsuccessful.
A No-Show may result in:
- Cancellation of the reservation
- Loss of the applicable fare
- Waiting-time charges
- Other disclosed charges
No refund will be provided for a No-Show. If a reservation is classified as a No-Show, the full fare for the reservation will be charged or retained, and the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the transportation fare.
16. Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be subject to cancellation charges and may not qualify for a refund.
Cancellation fees and refund eligibility may vary according to:

- Location
- Date and time

- Third-party transportation provider policies
17. Changes to Reservations
Customers should request changes at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Changes requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not done until confirmed by The Lux Rides team. Please contact them for changes throughcontact us.

Changes may result in additional charges or may be unavailable due to operational limitations.
18. Chauffeur Assignment
A specific chauffeur is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.
The Lux Rides may change the assigned chauffeur or transportation provider when reasonably necessary.
This may occur because of:

- Driver availability
- Safety
- Operational requirements
- Mechanical issues
- Scheduling
- Local transportation requirements
- Unforeseen circumstances
19. Vehicle Substitution
The vehicle displayed or selected during booking may be substituted with a comparable or upgraded vehicle when reasonably necessary.

- Vehicle damage
- Maintenance

- Safety
- Operational circumstances
Where reasonably possible, we will seek to provide a vehicle of comparable or higher service level.
20. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage
Passengers must not exceed the legally permitted passenger capacity of the vehicle.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger and luggage information.
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle selected.
We may refuse luggage or passenger loads that:

Special or oversized luggage should be disclosed in advance.
21. Passenger Conduct
Passengers must behave reasonably and lawfully.
Passengers may not:

22. Smoking, Vaping, and Vehicle Cleanliness

Customers may be charged reasonable cleaning or remediation costs resulting from:

- Excessive dirt
- Damage caused by passenger conduct

The chauffeur may refuse service or terminate a trip when reasonably necessary for safety or legal compliance.
24. Child Passengers
Customers are responsible for complying with applicable child-restraint and passenger-safety laws.
If a child seat or booster is required, the customer must request one in advance where such equipment is offered.
Availability is not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
25. Pets and Service Animals
Pets may be transported subject to applicable law, vehicle limitations, and the policies of the assigned transportation provider.
Service animals will be accommodated as required by applicable law.
Customers should notify us in advance when traveling with an animal so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
26. Safety
The chauffeur has authority to make reasonable decisions concerning safe operation of the vehicle.
The chauffeur may:

- Select a safe pickup location
- Stop a trip when necessary for safety
- Refuse unlawful instructions
- Follow police, airport, roadway, or other lawful restrictions
Safety decisions take priority over customer preferences.
27. Traffic and Delays
We do not guarantee a specific travel time unless expressly required by applicable law or expressly guaranteed in writing.
Travel time may be affected by:

- Vehicle restrictions
- Mechanical problems
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control
Customers should allow sufficient travel time for flights, meetings, events, and other appointments.
28. No Guarantee of On-Time Arrival
We make reasonable efforts to provide timely transportation.
However, transportation involves circumstances outside our control.
We do not guarantee that a passenger will arrive at a destination at a particular time unless an express written guarantee applies.
We are not responsible for consequences arising solely from traffic, weather, road closures, flight delays, airport restrictions, accidents, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
29. Lost Property
Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left in a vehicle except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
If an item is found, we may make reasonable efforts to contact the passenger and arrange its return.
Shipping or delivery costs may be charged to the customer where permitted.
30. Third-Party Transportation Providers
When transportation is fulfilled by an independent chauffeur, transportation company, affiliate, fleet operator, or other third-party provider, additional terms or policies may apply.
