We started with one car, and a wager.
The wager was that there were still people who measured a journey by stillness rather than speed — who appreciated that a chauffeur arrives in suit and tie not because anyone demanded it, but because the work deserves it.
We were right. Today our fleet operates in eighty cities. Our chauffeurs hold partial equity in the house. And every car we keep — every detail of the ride — is selected by the people who actually drive them.
Our headquarters sits in New York. Our concierge desk is staffed in eight languages. Our standard, in any of those languages, is the same.
