What we collect
Name, phone, email, ride history, payment tokens, and (with your permission) preferences such as preferred temperature, music, scent, and seat position.
How we use it
To deliver your rides, remember your preferences, and (if you opt in) to send occasional dispatches from the editorial. We do not sell your data, ever.
Who sees it
- Your assigned chauffeur — only the trip details required for the ride.
- Our concierge desk — only when you contact them or escalate a matter.
- Payment processors — tokenized data, for charge processing.
- Nobody else, ever.
Your rights
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to privacy@theluxride.com. We respond within 14 days.
Cookies
We use minimal first-party cookies to remember your session. No third-party advertising trackers.
