Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By booking a ride with The Lux Rides, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Reservations
Reservations are confirmed by email and SMS. The fare quoted at booking is binding — we do not surge, detour-bill, or surprise. Card details are tokenized and not charged until ride completion.
3. Cancellation
Free cancellation up to one hour before pickup. Cancellations after that point incur a 50% fee. No-shows are billed in full. House account members may have different terms per their agreement.
4. Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate a ride if a passenger behaves in a manner that endangers the chauffeur, the vehicle, or other road users. Substances, smoking, and unlawful conduct are not permitted.
5. Liability
Every vehicle in our fleet carries $5M commercial insurance. Our liability for personal property is limited to that policy. Please retain valuables on your person.
6. Privacy
We treat ride data — pickup, drop-off, identity — as confidential. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
